About Meetory

Meetory is a Telegram bot that helps you turn event announcements from Telegram into Google Calendar events.

Instead of manually copying an event's title, date, time, location, and other details, you can forward the announcement to Meetory. Meetory analyzes the message, extracts the event information, and shows it to you for review before anything is saved.

How Meetory works

  1. Forward an event
    Send or forward an event announcement to the Meetory Telegram bot.
  2. Review the details
    Meetory extracts information such as the event name, date, time, location, and relevant links.
  3. Choose a calendar
    Select one of your connected Meetory calendars.
  4. Save the event
    After you confirm the details, Meetory creates the event in Google Calendar.

Meetory can also show your upcoming events for today, tomorrow, the weekend, or the next seven days directly in Telegram.

Google Calendar integration

Meetory uses Google Calendar to store the events you choose to save.

To enable this functionality, users connect their Google Account through Google's official OAuth authorization flow. Meetory requests Google Calendar permissions only for the features required to manage calendars and events on the user's behalf.

Meetory does not receive or store your Google password.

You remain in control of your Google Account connection and can disconnect Meetory at any time.

Shared calendars

Meetory lets you organize events into different calendars and share calendars with other Meetory users.

For example, you can keep separate calendars for personal events, activities with friends, or other groups while still viewing them through Google Calendar.

Your data and privacy

Meetory processes Telegram messages that you intentionally send or forward to the bot in order to identify event information.

Events are not added to Google Calendar automatically. You can review the extracted information before choosing to save an event.
