Meetory is a Telegram bot that helps you save events from Telegram to Google Calendar. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how you remain in control of your data.

Information We Collect

To provide the service, Meetory may process:

• Your Telegram user ID.
• Messages that you intentionally forward to the bot.
• Event information extracted from those messages.
• Basic technical information required to operate the service.

Meetory does not collect your Google password.

Google Calendar Access

Meetory connects to Google Calendar using Google's official OAuth authorization flow.

We only request the permissions required to create and manage calendar events that you choose to save. You can revoke Meetory's access at any time from your Google Account settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• extract event details from forwarded messages;
• show you a preview before saving;
• create events in your Google Calendar;
• operate, secure, and improve the service.

We never sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

Event information is sent to Google Calendar only after you confirm that you want to save it.

Meetory may use trusted infrastructure providers to host and operate the service. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or sell it to third parties.

Data Retention

Meetory stores only the information required to provide the service. Forwarded messages are processed to extract event details and are not retained longer than necessary unless required for security, debugging, or legal obligations.

Your Rights

You may stop using Meetory at any time.

You can disconnect Google Calendar from your Google Account settings. Once access is revoked, Meetory will no longer be able to create events in that calendar.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect access tokens and operational data. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

Meetory is not intended for children under the age of 13.
